Incident
Severity: Level 1
A Public Drinking Water System reports a minor act of vandalism, trespassing
or accidental damage to the facility with no probable degradation to
water quality, system pressure, or water production.

Incident
Severity: Level 2
A Public Drinking Water System reports a suspected intentional incident
involving physical or electronic access to treatment facilities or its
water sources, control systems, distribution systems or security equipment
where there is potential for degradation to water quality, system pressure
or water production.
Call-down list: Affected County/EM Warning Point, Operations Officer,
ESF-8, ESF-10, ESF-16, Area Coordinator, Area Coordinator Supervisor,
Operations Chief & BRP Chief.

Severity: Level 3
A Public Drinking Water System reports an intentional incident known
to cause significant damage to water facility assets or impact water
quality, system pressure or water production.
Call-down list: Affected County/EM Warning Point, Operations Officer,
Area Coordinator, Area Coordinator Supervisor, ESF-6, ESF-8, ESF-10,
ESF-11, ESF-16, BRP Chief, Operations Chief & DEM Director.
